Mad Decent founder Diplo has been an unstoppable force this year. His T.V show ‘What Would Diplo Do?’ has had great success since its premiere last month. He announced a Disco album with Mark Ronson, released a Bollywood inspired track, and now, a brand-new collaboration, titled ‘Swerve‘ with American rapper/songwriter Starrah has surfaced.

‘Swerve’ is a low-key, chilled trap track, driven by a strong but smooth 808 kick drum. When played in conjunction with Starrah’s  velvety vocals, they prove to be a seamlessly perfect combination. A soft, calming guitar riff also plays in the background, adding to the track’s tranquil, relaxed demeanor.

Starrah is a mysterious songwriter behind a slew of chart-topping hits, including Rihanna’s ‘Needed Me’, Drake’s ‘Fake Love’, Halsey’s ‘Now or Never’ and Calvin Harris’ ‘Feels’.
