Dutch superstar Hardwell has maintained his position as one of the most inspirational artists in the dance music industry throughout his years as a musician. Over the years he has become a household name, only becoming more and more popular with passing time. This year, he has continued to make a huge impact on the scene, and his influence was proven once again when he won not one but two titles at this year’s ‘DJ Awards‘.

Hardwell picked up the title of best ‘Big Room House’ artist as well as best ‘International DJ’, both of which are highly sought after titles. He was up against tough competition, including David Guetta, Martin Garrix, and The Chainsmokers in the Big Room House category, as well as Armin van Buuren, Carl Cox, and Eric Prydz in the International DJ category. Taking the titles while up against such well-respected artists is certainly an impressive feat, and no doubt further cements the fact that Hardwell is still one of the most talented artists that the dance music industry has ever seen.
