Bassnectar and talented up and coming producer Digital Ethos have collaborated on a new single titled ‘Slather‘. The single is slated for release on the forthcoming Bassnectar EP Reflective (Part 2). The bass-led track is aptly psychedelic and guaranteed to leave the fans enthralled at shows and festivals at venues around the globe. The single builds to a dirty drop, while the music video features a man literally slathered with glittery goo in a nod to the track’s title.
The aforementioned extended play is due on his Amorphous Label on December 1 and will feature collaborations with Dorfex Bos, Peekaboo, and Azeem, as well as frequent featured artist G-Jones. A special New Year’s Eve concert in Atlanta will ring in the new year as well as promote the project in tandem. The first installment in the Reflective EP series hit number 5 on Billboard’s dance chart upon release earlier this year.
