Clean Bandit – I Miss You (feat. Julia Michaels)

British trio Clean Bandit have been making a huge impact on the music industry since their formation in 2008, and with an impressive list of accolades, including a Grammy award for their 2014 hit ‘Rather Be‘, they are showing no sign of slowing down. The trio have just released their latest single, an emotionally striking production titled, ‘I Miss You‘, featuring hypnotic vocals from Julia Michaels.

Characteristic with Clean Bandit’s signature sound, ‘I Miss You’ is a party anthem which simultaneously pulls on the heartstrings of the listener. With a heavenly melody infused with tropical house influences, the track is packed with emotion from start to finish. The trio have also just released a self-directed music video for the new single, which stars vocalist Julia Michaels walking along a road in front of a picturesque scene.

One third of Clean Bandit, Grace Chatto, had this to say about working on the brand new single:

“It’s a simple song, about the unbelievable pain of breaking up with someone you love. It was an honor to work with Julia Michaels; “Issues” is my favorite song so far this year. She’s super talented and really nice too. Making the video in the desert outside of Los Angeles was very special — we got to know each other better in the blazing heat. We experimented with special effects and train tracks.”
