David Guetta has been very busy this year. With already two summer hits under his belt, the French producer returns with his latest track ‘Dirty Sexy Money‘, a collaboration with fellow producer Afrojack, featuring vocals from British singer/songwriter Charli XCX and Moroccan-American rapper, French Montana.
Having premiered ‘Dirty Sexy Money’ during his set at Amsterdam Music Festival with a guest appearance from Afrojack, the track, co-produced by Skrillex, has an energetic melody that is laced with high octane, punchy beats throughout the chorus. This contrasts with the pared back composition of the verses, where Charli XCX’s vocals take centre stage alongside a softer, more toned down sound.
This isn’t the only star-studded collab Guetta has under his belt. His recent track with Justin Bieber, ‘2U‘, has peaked at #1 on iTunes in 78 countries and achieved platinum status in over 14 countries! Plus, the track also received an incredible new music video. In addition to this, the French hit-maker, recently told listeners at the iHeartRadio Music Fest, that his new album is almost finished. The album is set to feature ‘2U’, however, no other tracks or details have yet emerged.
