When one of the world’s biggest artists delivers a rare performance at one of America’s most iconic venues, it often results in an unforgettable night full of excitement and surprises. It was no different when dance music icon Deadmau5 took to the stage at Red Rocks Amphitheater in Colorado last month as he spun an encapsulating two-hour set for the thousands in attendance. As part of his ‘lots of shows in a row pt 2‘ tour, the mau5 performed over two sold out nights in late October, making it a weekend to remember for all.

To recognize what a milestone event it was, Joel also released a short after-movie of exactly what went down on the night. In the after-movie he teases a brand new track rumored to be from his upcoming album. Whilst the first half of the video shows the lead up to the event when the lights and cube are being set up, as well as Deadmau5’s backstage antics, it features his track ‘Legendary’ with Shotty Horroh. The second half, however, shows the madness that unfolded when Joel hit the decks, featuring some new material in the form of the unreleased track ‘Seed’. Laced with that classic Deadmau5 sound, time will only tell when this potential hit will be released.
