Eric Prydz announces EP from his old alias Tonja Holma
Eric Prydz has remained one of dance music’s most iconic pioneers throughout his years as a musician. Having released too many exceptional tracks to count, as well as several more under his various aliases, his high reputation is backed up by an impressive discography. His brand new project has just been revealed as an EP under his mysterious identity, Tonja Holma.
His last release originated from his Cirez D identity, ‘The Accuser‘, an ominous techno anthem, radiating a dark energy, which has proved to be a crowd-favourite whenever featured in an Eric Prydz live performance. As the track was released in July, fans of the Swedish mastermind have been eagerly awaiting new music.
The big announcement was made by Eric Prydz himself on Twitter, and although very little details are known about the upcoming EP, it is highly anticipated from fans around the world. Expectations are extremely high ahead of the release, due to the precision Eric Prydz has maintained in every other masterpiece he has created. Though it is impossible to tell how much the EP as Tonja Holma will differ from his other aliases, Pryda and Cirez D, and of course his main Eric Prydz sound, we can expect this latest release to be just as exciting as the others.
