Kygo’s ‘Kids In Love’ debuts at the best dance album right now

Norwegian king of tropical house Kygo debuted at number on Billboard Magazine‘s Top Dance/Electronic Albums chart with his new album Kids In Love.

This is the second number one album for the DJ and producer, with previous album Cloud 9 almost reaching the summit of dance albums tally. Previously, his EP Stargazing was a top three success on the same chart, buoyed by a slate of successful singles including the outright pop sensation ‘It Ain’t Me‘ with pop princess Selena Gomez.

Impressively, all eight tracks comprising the total of Kids In Love have charted on the Hot Dance/Electronic Songs, with the eponymous title track ranking the highest at 22. With this accomplishment, Kygo joins the likes of Avicii, David Guetta, and Calvin Harris for the most entries on this chart.
