We Rave You: Weekly Selections on Spotify (3rd November, 2017)
November is off to a flying start with brand new releases in the dance music world and we have them all covered in our latest edition of Weekly Selections; a Spotify playlist where we compile the latest sounds from around the globe. This week we have music from the likes of Kygo, LVNDSCAPE, Shapov, A-Trak and many more.
Starting off, we have Kygo completing marking the end of his Kids In Love album with the release ‘Stranger Things‘, a collaboration with coveted pop band, OneRepublic. The Norwegian sticks to his guns, delivering an emotional tropical house tune that is destined for radio success. The peculiarity about the release is that the TV show, Stranger Things was also released around the same time. Coincidence?
EDM heavyweights, David Guetta and Afrojack team up for yet another anthem in ‘Dirty Sexy Money‘. We can see this taking off in clubs with a bunch of edits, bootlegs and remixes to follow. Featuring Charli XCX and French Montana on vocals, we could possible have another chart-topping contender in our hands.
In the remix realm, A-Trak takes on Maroon 5‘s recent hit ‘What Lovers Do‘. The American House maestro, revamps the original turning it into a funky house number with some interesting old-school inspired samples.
More music from Ben Gold, Steve Aoki, David Pietras and more are in our Weekly Selections playlist below.
