David Guetta reveals who would portray him in biographical film
At one point or another, everyone has asked themselves who’d play them in a film about their life, David Guetta included. The French DJ recently revealed that Ryan Gosling would be the man to portray him in a biographical film. While fans are yet to see actors portray real-life DJ’s in a prominent biographical film, there have been plenty of documentaries released, such as Steve Aoki‘s ‘I’ll Sleep When I’m Dead‘ and Hardwell‘s ‘I Am Hardwell‘.
In a recent interview with The Guardian, Guetta sat down to discuss a range of topics, including; his earliest memories, greatest fears, embarrassing moments, guilty pleasures, being in love, what he’d like to be remembered by, and most importantly; his phone wallpaper. When asked what superpower he’d like to possess, the 50-year-old explained that teleportation would make it easier to travel to and from gigs.
If fans were to see a film about David Guetta’s career, they’d certainly be in for a long ride. Having achieved so many milestones and awards, fitting everything into one film would be a difficult task. Boasting 2 Grammy Awards, 5 Platinum-selling albums, more than 20 Platinum-selling singles (including ‘Titanium‘, which recently celebrated its 6th anniversary) and having played countless festivals across the globe, the Frenchman’s 3 decade-long career would certainly be one worth commemorating.
