deadmau5: “My upcoming project is most epic I have ever done”

A true pioneer of the genre, Canadian DJ deadmau5, aka Joel Zimmerman, has built a stellar career packed with huge achievements. However, his latest project has been described by the man himself as:

“The most epic thing I have ever done with my music.”

Having served up multiple highly-acclaimed albums, and headlining some of the biggest stages in the world, including Ultra Music Festival in Miami, deadmau5 has won six Grammys and cemented his legacy as one of electronic music’s most technically gifted creators of all time. Having recently shared details of an orchestral version of his hit track ‘Strobe‘ on social media, it looks as though the Mau5 is set to continue down the orchestral route, as he hinted to a fan on Twitter that he’s putting together a 60-piece orchestra.

The pronouncement was accompanied by an image of a table covered with a couple of laptops, a copy of Native Instruments’ Komplete software, an external drive, and a USB package, and marks an exciting twist in the Canadian’s career, with fans eager to hear his future orchestral productions.
