Armin van Buuren unveils 9 new tracks including Vini Vici collab at Ultra 2018 set
A master of his field Armin van Buuren stunned Miami Music Festival‘s crowd with one of the most energetic trance sets the music producer has showcased to date. Celebrating 20 years of Ultra in true fashion, the Dutch tastemaker took to Ultra’s mainstage and boy did he own it. Making sure not to disappoint, Armin put on a display of champions crafting together some of the finest tracks the DJ had at his disposal. As well as dropping familiar sounds in his set Armin elated dance music fans with some brand new IDs making sure each and every crowd member was truly satisfied within his one-hour time slot at the festival.
Dusk setting on the Miami horizon, Armin van Buuren orchestrated his state of trance to the Miami crowd with an intro mix of his welcoming trance track ‘Be In The Moment‘. Its safe to say that two minutes into the DJs set, Armin had the crowd in a state of trance from the off. Pummelling basslines made way for the emotive vocals of ‘Another You‘, a collaboration with Mr. Probz as Ultra screamed in a pure euphoric state.
Armin van Buuren called for Conrad Sewell to the stage as they delivered a live version of their track ‘Sex, Love and Water‘. At this point, trance music had never felt so alive as Armin transitioned perfectly over to his track ‘You Are‘ with Sunnery James & Ryan Marciano. Treating fans to some brand new music the producer unveiled his new work with Russian artist Shapov called ‘The Last Dance‘. The tracks emotive vibes and melodic anthem received a jubilant reaction from the Miami crowd. In the latter stages of his set, Armin dropped some new IDs yet to be released involving some new Will Atkison and Vini Vici collaborations full of pounding basslines that we cannot wait to hear more of. However, rounding out his performance, no Armin van Buuren set is complete without his spectacular and infectious collaboration ‘Great Spirit‘ with Vini Vici featuring Highlight Tribe which always proves a hit with Armin fans.
