In true Ultra Music Festival fashion, French music powerhouse David Guetta came, saw, and conquered Ultra’s mainstage. Heart-stopping and magnificently relentless, few words could describe the abundance of energy levels and epic proportions one man produced and bestowed on the Miami crowd. A veteran of Ultra, Guetta pulled out all the stops in a show-stopper performance fit for the 20 years of Ultra celebration. Mashups, edits, reworks, and collaborations, Miami was in a state of dance music euphoria as the Frenchman delivered one of the finest sets of his career.

Clocking up 37 million plays in just over a month since its release, David Guetta’s melodic collaboration ‘Like I Do’ with Martin Garrix and Brooks got things underway in Miami, with Guetta closely merging the old with the new as the iconic vocals of ‘Titanium’ rang loud around the beachfront. The music producer sure knew how to elevate the intense vibe higher and higher dropping ‘Aint A Seven Nation Army (Paolo Ortelli & Luke Degree Booty)‘ rendition by White Stripes vs Guetta vs Glowinthedark.

Going way back, David Guetta tantalised Ultra with the heavenly mashup of Tiësto & The Chainsmokers vs. Eminem and the track ‘Split (Only U) vs. Lose Yourself‘ which caused Ultra to scream out loud while the intro of ‘Lose Yourself’ echoed throughout the festival. The record producer made things a shade darker with some unreleased and unheard underground club music as Guetta confessed he was producing again. Capping off a whirlwind performance, fellow superstar DJ Afrojack joined the Frenchman on stage as he dropped Afrojack’s UMF 2018 mashup of ‘One More Time vs. Dirty Sexy Money‘. David Guetta debuted his brand new track ‘Mad Love‘ with the help of a live performance as both Sean Paul and American singer Becky G came out to the stage to perform the track.
