Deorro – Offspring

Home Uncategorized Deorro – Offspring

After releasing “Burn Out”, “Andele” and “Existence”, California native Deorro is back with “Offspring” on Steve Aoki’s Dim Mak imprint. The track marks Deorro’s second release of 2018 as he carries on the momentum with his original, signature sound people know and love. The producer recently took to Twitter to ask his fellow what style of track they wanted to hear from him next, and the resounding answer was a follow up to his collaboration with R3hab “Flashlight” – which went on to become one of the biggest tracks of 2014. So for “Offspring”, it comes as no surprise that he utilises his unique sound that is flushed with driving energy and bouncing basslines, and showcases his creative edge that has always proven popular with fans.

Resulting in endless energy from start to finish, the track is bound to cause mayhem on dancefloors in emphatic fashion, with its offbeat gritty basses and roaring lead synths. Bringing back the madness once again, “Offspring” is an example of a perfectly executed Melbourne bounce track with a big room influence, typical of Deorro’s signature style. Interestingly, and surely what influences the track’s name, Deorro sampled his son’s voice, lending the release emotional significance for the talented producer.
