Don Diablo intensifies Swedish House Mafia rumours
With arguably the most anticipated electronic dance music event of the year about to kick off in Miami, the rumours of a Swedish House Mafia reunion this weekend have been intensified by non-other than Dutch music producer Don Diablo. Speculation has been rife over the past month that electronic music’s most iconic trio would reform since their split back in 2013. From recognised lighting director Charly Bendenoun posting that Swedish House Mafia will be back next weekend to Hardwell believing the Swedish trio will unite at Ultra, Don Diablo’s fuel to the fire has renewed fans hope that the Swedish reunion is on.
Don Diablo has taken to Twitter posting: “I wonder if SHM will be playing a new song when they play Ultra this weekend” followed by two emojis. Now we don’t know if this is sarcasm from the ‘On My Mind’ star or does Don Diablo know exactly what the expected is to be unexpected for Ultra Music Festival. With another huge superstar DJ adding input to the Swedish speculation, it’s looking more and more like those fans who have travelled to Miami this week for Ultra Music Festival are in for the treat of a lifetime.
Unfortunately for Don Diablo fans, the music producer will not be in attendance at Ultra due to Don vowing never to play the festival again, however, unrelated in time with Miami festival you can enjoy his brand new track ‘Believe‘ which he just released. Take a look at Don’s tweet below and make sure you tune in to Ultra Festival’s live streams this weekend.
