Don Diablo hits out at ticket touts ahead of ‘Better Future Tour’
A month after releasing his highly-anticipated album ‘Future‘, Don Diablo has taken to social media to post about his concerns regarding the music industry. While the reason behind the tweet is unknown, the views expressed are clearly matched by many others in the industry, with many artists including 3LAU, Oliver Heldens, A R I Z O N A and Amba Shepherd showing their support and offering words of wisdom. Posts like this are rare from the Dutch DJ, who usually focuses posts on content surrounding his brand, so it comes as no surprise that the tweet sparked a huge response from his following.
I truly wish the music industry wasn't filled with money hungry assholes that have zero empathy or connection with artists and artistry.

On Friday, Don Diablo also hit out at ticket touts, who are reselling tickets for his ‘Better Future Tour‘ for profit, despite the tour being held to benefit the Cancer Trust. Due to the venues on the tour being smaller and more intimate, tickets sold even quicker than usual, giving ticket touts an even better opportunity to drastically hike resale prices. While there is nothing that can be done to stop the resale of tickets at such a late stage, Don Diablo has definitely made his stance on the subject known.
Take a look at the tweet below.
Guys please don't ever buy tickets for my shows or any other shows at https://t.co/kZlHCA673a as they are frauds. Today I found out they are re-selling tickets for my Better Future Charity Tour at crazy prices & they are making money over the back of the Cancer Trust #Speechless
