Comprised of Michael Joseph and Michael Dear, HYYPR is a DJ/Producer duo hailing from Boston, Massachusetts. Together, they bring together a unique blend of Big Room, Tech House, and Progressive. Originally hailing from Chicago, Dear has been an active ambassador in the house music genre, specializing in tech, deep, garage, and bass house. Joseph, a Boston area native, emits a powerful big room and progressive energy in his productions and in his sets alike. Following the success of their recent single ‘Massive’ that made its way inside the top 20 of Spinnin’s Talent Pool chart, HYYPR have already proven that their productions can compete with the very best.

Their latest single ‘Never Turn Back’ is a fine example of their distinctive style and skill in the studio, and has recently been released on Digital Empire records. The track opens up with some soothing piano chords, before quickly transitioning into the hard-hitting and paramount drop that effectively sends out colossal waves of energy in an uplifting, melodic climax. Leaning more towards trance on this occasion, the instrumental undertones create the perfect cocktail of modern, meets old-school progressive trance ballads right throughout the track.
