Isle of MTV Malta confirm Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike closing performance

The force of Belgium will be felt in Malta this summer as the Isle of MTV announces Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike as their headlining acts. Returning to Il-Fosos Square on June 27th, Isle of MTV is the biggest free live music show of the European summer that promises an extravaganza of acts and performances for the 50,000 attendees that flock to the Mediterranian each year.

In past years, the event has hosted a star-studded line-up including performances from Steve Aoki, Martin Garrix, Calvin Harris, and The Chainsmokers to name a few. Commenting on the show, Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike said:

“We’ve heard about The Isle of MTV event for a few years now and are so pumped to finally play it.”

True heavyweights in their own respect, the Belgian brothers have a consistent knack for putting on some of the most extravagant and energetic performances around the world. Last year their ‘Bringing the Madness’ show sold out all 80,000 tickets in under 60 minutes. The duo also headlined the biggest solo DJ show in Germany to date, as well as keeping revellers entertained in Ibiza with their residency at Ushuaïa.

Its another huge year for Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike with a busy schedule ahead. Topping the DJ Mag poll back in 2015, the brothers will no doubt be hoping to return to the number one spot this year. Be sure not to miss out on Isle of MTV Malta this June.
