Jauz puts on a show with epic energy-fueled set at Ultra Miami
Known for his gritty synths and hard-hitting Dubstep tunes, American Bass House DJ/Producer Jauz felt right at home during his Ultra Miami set. Playing at Ultra for the 4th time since his debut in 2015, Sam Vogel dazzled the crowd by incorporating Bass House, Future House, Dubstep and more in what was one of the most eccentric performances of the day.
Jauz got the party started with fellow bass-head Valentino Khan, as he dropped Khan’s latest tune, ‘Lick It‘ before delivering Mark Kinchen‘s summer-hit ‘17‘. Despite the track’s immense success in the U.K by topping the Dance singles chart and earning Gold certification, Vogel quickly apprehended the American crowd’s desire for Electro House and Dubstep, as opposed to House records. Despite this, he wasted no time in turning up the energy, as he delivered a monster mashup of ‘Animals‘, ‘Internet Friends‘ and Don Diablo‘s ‘Tunnel Vision‘ edit, much to the delight of the crowd.
Including a healthy mix of new and old songs, Jauz dazzled the crowd with classic anthems such as Cascada‘s ‘Everytime We Touch‘ Skrillex‘s remix of ‘Levels‘ and his famous remix of Knife Party‘s ‘PLUR Police‘ before delivering a diverse range of more recent material such as ‘Gucci Gang‘, ‘God’s Plan‘ and Ray Volpe‘s remix of ‘I Hold Still‘.
