Dutch House music hero Oliver Heldens has officially released his latest party stomper track ‘King Kong‘ right in time for Miami Music Week, where he will no doubt be unleashing its bass-laden vibes onto the crowd. Road tested last year during his Ibiza sets and Creamfields festival, ‘King Kong’ caught rapid attention after the Dutchman dropped an impromptu live broadcast session on Instagram where he previewed the track for fans. With calls for its release up and around social media, Heldens has finally given the fans what they want.
Introducing itself in a calm manner from the onset, snares and drums accompany that recognizable Heldens melodic design as the track begins to build towards the drop before ‘King Kong’ unleashes its true character. A midsection of pounding drums and distorted basslines echo infectiously as the tracks synth fused sirens blasts the eardrums. Another dose of the tracks melody, ‘King Kong’ draws your adrenaline levels higher with a second serving of its bass layered beats and deep gritty sounds.
Much like Olivers hit tracks including ‘Gecko‘ and ‘What The Funk‘, ‘King Kong’ is set to be another fan favourite from the HELDEEP head honcho as it gains traction with every play. Make sure you catch Oliver Heldens this week as he joins Ultra Miami for a performance on Ultra’s Main-stage this Friday.
