Pendulum – Hold Your Colour (Noisia remix)
After announcing their forthcoming remix album last week, Pendulum have revealed the first remix, from Dutch Drum & Bass act, Noisia. The trio delivered a whole new perspective to ‘Hold Your Colour’, the title track from Pendulum’s debut studio album in 2005. While the original donned a heavy sound, Noisia’s remix goes one step heavier and darker, boasting of crisp drums, filthy synth-work and abounding bass.
‘The Reworks’, which launched last week with the Noisia remix, will be available in both CD and vinyl format and is set for a full release on 29th June, featuring remixes from DJ Seinfeld, Moby, Skrillex, Knife Party, ATTLAS among others. It is Pendulum’s first release in over seven years – following up on the 2010 ‘Immersion’ LP.
In addition to the album, a limited run of the ‘Complete Works Deluxe‘ packages will also be available, featuring a holographic laser cut box showcasing the act’s logo and include the 4 albums on vinyl alongside a 4 CD photo booklet focusing on their key moments and memories: from the moment of their inception, memorable highlights from their decade-plus long career, right through to the present day.
