Spinnin’ Sessions is back with yet another stellar weekly episode, this time featuring an incredible guest mix from Dutch duo Afro Bros. Kicking off with a Spinnin’ Deep release titled “Just Hold On” by Redondo, the intoxicating rhythm ensures that this week’s episode oozes style from the onset. Following up with Zonderling‘s “Nightcall”, the mix remains highly atmospheric, providing the ultimate chilled feel. Further on in the mix, Spinnin’ treats us to this week’s Talentpool selection, “Throw Up”, a bouncy, rhythmic anthem by NOON, before the mix takes a turn, unleashing a surge of energy with Quintino & Mightyfools‘ latest release “G Thing”, a thumping track with a monstrous intensity.

As Spinnin’ Sessions reaches its midway point, listeners are treated to a massive guest mix from Afro Bros, which instantly exude a ferocious level of energy, kicking off with their brand new single “So Much Love“, which is perfectly tailored for the upcoming warmer days and radio airwaves all around the globe. Before the mix reaches its conclusion, Afro Bros showcase more of their own catalogue, including releases such as “Squeezy Beat” or “Savage“, a euphoric moombahton masterpiece which has unsurprisingly been a hit with fans. The guest mix is absolutely stacked with IDs throughout, giving listeners a taste of upcoming music, complimented perfectly by a selection of tracks from both the Afro Bros themselves as well as certified anthems from the likes of J BalvinJack & Lewis or Atomic Otro Way.

We caught up with Afro Bros for a chat about their upcoming plans and their inspiration behind the guest mix.

What have you been up to lately?

We have been producing a lot! Our recent work is the single from Nicky Jam & J Balvin called ‘X’. It just got out last Friday and the video already has over 50 million views! Beside that we are touring a lot around the world, our next gig is in Curacao! And this Friday we will release our own single with Charly Black and Stevie Appleton called ‘So Much Love’. We are really excited to release this one on Spinnin Records!

What did you have in mind for this Guest Mix?

This guestmix is filled with Moombahton and what we call “Bootybeats” haha! Because we released a lot of tracks lately of this kind of genre. The main track is of course our upcoming new single ‘So Much Love’, but also the tracks from our recently released ‘Bootybeats EP’ on Spinnin’ Records, like ‘Squeezy Beat’ which got a lot of support from dj’s around the world.
