Above & Beyond set to perform ‘Yoga Set’ at Anjunabeach Festival

With only four shows remaining on their massive North American ‘Common Ground‘ tour, Above & Beyond recently announced that they will be hosting their own very special one-day beach festival this summer. On June 23rd the British trance trio will host the Anjunabeach SoCal Festival at Huntington Beach, CA in the US. Today they announced that they will be performing a rather rare ‘yoga set’ at the festival, with help from their close friend Elena Brower.

The Anjunabeach SoCal Festival is named after Anjuna Beach, a global party destination in Goa (India), which also inspired Above & Beyond’s iconic Anjunabeats record label. Even though the announced yoga set at the event may be something quite rare, it will come as no surprise to real Above & Beyond fans that the trio holds a soft spot for yoga in general. The trance trio performed a sunset yoga session at Burning Man back in 2014 and they released a continuous 90-minute Yoga Flow Mix in June 2016 to celebrate International Yoga Day.

Fans can already check out Above & Beyond’s Yoga Playlist that they put out on Spotify recently. The line-up for the Anjunabeach SoCal Festival has not yet been released, but most likely it will feature a number of other Anjunabeats artists. Yoga instructor Elena Brower will open the festival with her yoga session before the rest of the festivities are set to begin.
