Lane 8 to make BBC Radio 1 Essential Mix debut
Lane 8 has been one of the genuine flag-bearers of the deeper side of dance music in recent years. Exploring a wide range of dynamic variety in his music, the producer has now revealed a lifelong career milestone, displaying his joy at his upcoming Essential Mix for BBC Radio 1.
A progressive master, Lane 8 has garnered a reputation as one of dance music’s most skilled and versatile acts, playing a series of gigs and festivals all around the world, and earning huge support from Paavo, Jono and Tony, aka the Above & Beyond boys. His album ‘Little By Little’Â was released at the start of 2018.
Having earned nods by Pete Tong and Annie Mac on the BBC Radio 1 show, the man himself posted the news on his Twitter, and needless to say he was pretty enthusiastic about it. Check out the post below and put a reminder to tune into the much awaited mix on the weekend.
