Following his absence from Ultra20,
Martin Garrix teases new Loopers collaboration ‘Game Over’ to be released soon
Following his absence from Ultra20, Martin Garrix seems to have been devoting what time would have been put into practice for his Ultra set into recording in the studio. The 21-year-old hitmaker who has been at odds with his past affiliates such as Spinnin’ and Music Allstars isn’t letting that get in his way of churning out new music. The coveted producer took to Instagram today revealing a new Loopers collaboration entitled ‘Game Over‘. Garrix describes his excitement captioning the photo,
“wow.. very excited to finally release this one!! Game Over w @loopersmusic coming SOON!!!

Tagged at his STMPD recording studio, we’re left to wonder just how much music Martin has been cranking out in his downtime from touring. Besides his resident appearances at Omnia and Wet Republic, Garrix only has a few scattered US dates flowing into May before he heads to Europe and Asia, leaving plenty of room for studio time. Also with festival season just weeks away from hitting its first major stops including Coachella, don’t be surprised if at the next festival we see Martin play, he dishes out a slew of new tunes.
In fact, even with Martin’s absence at Ultra20, his presence was still felt with his newest track with David Guetta ‘Like I Do’. Not only has the track received nothing but love since its release, but ‘Like I Do’ chalked up to be the 9th most played out track at Ultra Music Festival per 1001 Tracklists. Now it’s no secret that the star-studded track was bound to put up some insane numbers, but since its release a little over a month ago the song has also chalked up over 50,000,000 Spotify streams as well. Impressive to say the least. Needless to say, whatever Martin Garrix is working on surely we’ll be looking forward to its release.
