ODESZA – Higher Grounds (Remixes)

Indie duo from Seattle, ODESZA, are back with their first release of 2018. Last year, fans were treated to ODESZA’s fantastic third studio album ‘A Moment Apart’ in September. The massive success of the album was beyond all expectations, entering on the top spot of Billboard’s Top Electronic/Dance Albums chart. This year the duo claimed a spot on the top ten of Billboards Top 100 Dance Artists. Furthermore, ‘A Moment Apart’ was also nominated for 2 Grammys. After their 2017 world tour sold out completely, the duo are currently continuing the ‘A Moment Apart Tour’ with cities like Indianapolis, Miami and Nashville still on the schedule for later this year.

Now, Harrison Mills and Clayton Knight (the men behind ODESZA) have released a stunning 4-track EP featuring remixes of their hit single ‘Higher Ground’ together with Naomi Wild. The Remixes are courtesy of 16-year old newcomer pluko, member of ‘Opia’ Reske, and the Australian duo Flight Facilities. The style of the three different remixes ranges from bass-filled sounds to Trap and Chillstep vibes. The variety and individuality of every remix definitely reflects the amazing fundament ODESZA delivered with ‘Higher Ground’. The beautiful voice of Naomi Wild does not fail to amaze throughout all 3 remixes and makes these stunning tunes even greater.

Started in 2012, ODESZA continue their impressive run to amaze listeners around the world. After 6 years in the industry, the energetic duo from Seattle have already left their mark, with three highly successful albums and a dedicated armyof supporters all around the globe. Fans who want to experience one of ODESZA’s amazing and energetic live sets can do so by attending one of the duos world tour shows or by seeing them at one of their many festival appearances, including Coachella and Lollapalooza, over the course of the summer. All dates can be found here.

The power and energy of electronic music and its community amazes me every time. Music expresses things that can't be put into words. And if it can be put into words - then I am here to write about it! Proud to be a 'People of Tomorrow' and glad to call Hardwell my all-time favorite!
