SLANDER releases traditional dubstep track ‘Move Back’ with Wavedash

Home Uncategorized SLANDER releases traditional dubstep track ‘Move Back’ with Wavedash

Straight after their massive Gud Vibrations show together with NGHTMRE at this year’s edition of Ultra Music Festival in Miami, SLANDER is back and releasing new music. The duo from Los Angeles have teamed up with Wavedash for their newest track, ‘Move Back’. The triplet from Austin has released music on Skrillex’ label OWSLA already, setting high expectations for their collab with SLANDER. Known for their bass-filled tunes, one of SLANDER’s latest releases was rather emotional. However, their collaboration with Wavedash takes the duo back to its roots.

The LA-based duo never was shy of letting different genres influence their music, and the track ‘Drop It’ with its bass house elements serves as an example. With ‘Move Back’ SLANDER goes back to more traditional Dubstep with the help of newcomers Wavedash. It is always amazing to see when established producers work together with passionate new talent, especially when the outcome is as awesome as ‘Move Back’ is.  It is going to be exciting to see what’s next on the horizon for the highly talented trio Wavedash. Speaking of excitement, the summer is going to nothing but amazing for SLANDER. We can definitely expect to hear ‘Move Back’ together with other heavy Dubstep tunes a lot this festival season.

Derek Anderson and Scott Land, the two men behind SLANDER, are having a packed schedule this summer. For fans in the US, EDC Las Vegas, Bonnaroo and Electric Zoo are probably the biggest festivals where partygoers can rave to the tunes of one of the hottest Dubstep artists at the moment. Of course, SLANDER will also go across the Atlantic to play major festivals in Europe. After playing at Lollapalooza in Chicago last year, the duo will make a trip to Paris to play at the French edition of Lollapalooza. On the first weekend of Belgian top-tier festival Tomorrowland, the duo will part of the massive Monstercat Stage line-up, where they will also meet fellow ‘Gud Vibrations’ member NGHTMRE. No matter where you are going to see SLANDER this year, prepare to bang your head while enjoying their Dubstep energy. Get in the mood with their latest release ‘Move Back’ now!
