With his album releasing in less than a week, legendary producer and DJ Steve Angello will have his fans excited to finally appreciate all the tracks he has been playing regularly in his sets and those he has been keeping quiet. In recent interviews, Swedish House Mafia member has been talking about recent difficulties he has encountered and how he found inspiration for the album. In a recent interview he stated:

“I’m being a kid again. I break rules, I have fun and I don’t care what anyone thinks. My music is honest, different and my way of speech and at the end of the day, that’s all that matters.”

His new album, ‘Human’, is the result of a life changing event that Angello personally experienced in a church after moving back to his native Sweden.

“I had a huge epiphany and somehow found inner peace, something I’d never had before amongst all the fame and money.”

Starring 21 tracks, ‘Human’ is set to showcase the variety of sound and mood that the Grammy-nominated producer is capable of. In chronological order, the series within the album tells the story of Angello’s life: Genesis, Inferno and Paradiso.

Angello also revealed that the album single in collaboration with Sam Martin, ‘Nothing Scared Me Anymore’ was originally written with vocals from The Killers Dance-Charts, adding in a later interview with that:

“We’ve done some songs together that will be on the band’s upcoming album.”

It is interesting to see that Steve Angello is looking to expand his craft by working with the acclaimed rock band, and fans of both styles will no doubt be able to appreciate the result of this collaboration. Steve Angello also added he cannot wait to tour the album soon and that he is already in the studio preparing a third album, bringing more good news to his fans.
