Girlfriend of Avicii subjected to online abuse

Soon after Avicii‘s passing from suicide, fans have learned that the Swedish DJ and producer was in a secret relationship with Czech model Tereza Kačerová. After Avicii’s passing, the model released a statement detailing their time together, memories, and even struggles, within their relationship. She goes into details regarding their first date stating Tim:

“Bought out a flower seller’s entire stock of red roses.”

She continues her heartfelt statement by saying:

“We shot to the stars. We were so happy together. And now, now I just want to jump into a pool of cold water and be torn out of this nightmare.”

Tereza has recently made another statement on her Instagram aimed at members of the public who have been accusing their relationship of playing a role in Tim’s passing. In the statement, the model explains why she made the statement in the first place and addresses the trolls as hate-filled and legitimate sociopaths. She understandably wrote the letter to commemorate someone really close to her life who passed and also to show that Tim’s last months were not always ‘dreary’ as the media had been portraying. She also aimed to show everyone the “wonderful and kind-hearted” side of the late Swede.
