Carl Cox reveals full line-up for his Intec Digital castle rave
Certain exclusive locations for a rave manage to add just that little touch of magic to an already great event. That’s exactly what techno legend Carl Cox must have thought as well, when he announced that his Intec Digital event in Ireland this summer will be held at the gorgeous Ballinlough Castle (County Westmeath, Ireland). The event, which takes place on Saturday, August 25 will be the first time Cox has played in Ireland since his appearance at Tripod Dublin back in 2009.
Coxy, who is set to play a 3-hour set himself, has just revealed the massive line-up of support acts who will be joining him at the exclusive event. None other than close friend Monika Kruse (nicknamed The German Queen of Techno), Darren Emerson, Jon Rundell and Irish DJ Al Gibbs will all be part of the Ballinough Castle show. Carl Cox is hosting the event in celebration of his Intec Digital label, which he founded back in 1998.
After a 15-years residency at Ibiza’s legendary club Space, which closed down in October 2016, Coxy decided to return to the white isle a year later. The upcoming summer promises to be a very busy one once again for the 55-year old Cox, who also announced three shows at Privilege Ibiza earlier this week. Besides those, Carl Cox will also play three parties under the name One Night Stand in Ibiza, including dates at Amnesia, Pacha and his beloved iconic club DC-10.
