Following a painful period of teasers on his social media accounts, Zedd has finally revealed what fans have all been waiting for. With images of the outdoors and Los Angeles featuring on his socials, Anton Zaslavski (Zedd) has been building huge anticipation for his avid followers, who have been waiting for a huge announcement. That announcement came, with Zedd In The Park being confirmed by the artist himself.

With a number of successful outdoor, day events from DJ’s alike – Steve Angello’s ‘Size In The Park‘ and Kaskade’s ‘Sunsoaked’ to name a couple, along with more frequent events like Creamfields ‘Steel Yard’ – the Russian-German producer decided to tackle his own event. In conjunction with Insomniac Events, the event will take place in Los Angeles State Historic Park on Tuesday 3rd July, with support from Whethan, Medasin, and Oliver Tree. The name of Insomniac Events may be familiar: they run the EDC Las Vegas event and deliver incredible production quality year on year, so Zedd fans can certainly be excited for what is to come. Despite some fans feeling disappointed that the announcement wasn’t a new album being released, Zedd In The Park could be the moment to hear brand new music from the ‘Clarity‘ producer. Should he debut new music, the genre is certain to be entirely unpredictable. Shifting between synth driven 128bpm progressive bliss, and chart topping commercial future bass and pop, Zedd has thrown up a number of surprises, creating an intriguing mystery behind what is to come.

With Zedd In The Park taking place in just a couple of months, general tickets are on sale from Friday 11th May, and all official ticket sales and event details can be found here. The event is sure to be a perfect blend of Zedd’s unique style and Insomniac’s undeniable production quality, and could lead the way for more producers to set up such events as this one.
