Premiere: David Allen – Prophet

The long highly anticipated ID from the Tomorrowland 2018 ‘The Sound Of Tomorrow Stage’ preview is finally out. David Allen is back again on Dr. Shiver’s imprint Art&Music Recording with a brand new single after his summer anthem ‘Chemistry‘. This dreamy tune ‘Prophet’ shows off David’s progressive roots, with the popular genre hopefully making a comeback soon with Nicky Romero‘s new track and the Swedish House Mafia reunion at Ultra Music Festival in March. David Allen also showcases all incredible ability in the studio on this track; built around an infectious melody and progression, the production value on this single is immense, making it the perfect summer anthem for the 2018 festival season.

David Allen has already had the pleasure of being featured in a Tomorrowland production as his track ‘Kubera’ also featured in the Tomorrowland 2017 aftermovie. He spoke about this achievement in an interview just over a year ago.

I was super happy and satisfied about it, I would have never thought I’d get there so fast and I’m really proud of it, I still remember when I got the confirmation for this and I was jumping in the room like a kid.

David Allen will have no doubt been excited to see his work chosen once again by such a prestigious festival and releasing once again on Dr. Shiver’s label, with massive support yet to come and the future looks bright for the young Italian producer. Dr. Shiver also had some very kind words on his protégé:

I’ve know David for a very long time now. I still remember when 3 years ago he sent me a demo for my own imprint Art&Music. The track really needed some fixes but I immediately heard that this guy had a really nice potential so I decided to give him a chance: never took a better decision. Today David is working non stop in our studio growing day by day and becoming a fundamental element of our family.
