Home Uncategorized Nicky Romero plays unreleased Avicii track ‘Heaven’ at Ultra Singapore

Ultra Singapore was filled with monumental moments this year. Playing host to a number of the world’s most prominent DJs, the festival was a true showcase of talent. One of the best sets of the weekend was performed by Dutch progressive house star Nicky Romero, who treated attendees to a heavenly selection of the finest anthems dance music has to offer. One of the highlights of his set occurred when he dropped ‘Heaven‘, an unreleased single, produced by none other than the late Avicii.

Nicky Romero has dropped ‘Heaven’ frequently since Avicii’s tragic passing in April, and has spoken of how he was sent the track by Avicii himself earlier this year. The track features Coldplay‘s Chris Martin, and is an enchanting masterpiece from start to finish. As a result, the track provoked one of the most breathtaking moments of the festival, alongside a mesmerising visual show. It is unclear whether ‘Heaven’ will ever be officially released, but it looks certain to feature in many more performances over the course of the year.
