Hailing from Tel Aviv in Israel, the hometown of many successful DJ’s and Producers, Ofir Zanzuri better known as ZNZBR is continuing his meteoric rise. ZNZBR is one of the hottest new acts to have come out of the new generation of Israeli artists. Having shared stages with the likes of many top DJs such as Matisse & Sadko, Third Party, Coone, Mr. Black and many more ZNZBR is only beginning and his remix of Axwell Λ Ingrosso’s ‘Dancing Alone‘ is another test the up and comer passes with flying colors.
The original track which sports more of a melodic nature and coupled with the tracks irresistible groove and catchy vocals ‘Dancing Alone‘ is yet another smash in the back catalog of Axwell Λ Ingrosso. However it’s the enthusiastic remix that makes the original feel a tad small comparatively. With narrow synths, and a somewhat linear sound design, the original lacks the energy and sheer resonance ZNZBR delivers in his edition. Despite the success of the original, it’s the Israeli who is able to create something completely and stylistically unique per the originals sound. Featuring massive builds, euphoric synth lines and magical vibes, this remix coincides marvelously with the festival season – not to mention the timing with Tomorrowland (weekend two), Creamfields, Hideout, and Sunburn Festival most notably still left to play.
Who knows – maybe the rising DJ will spark some interest for big names with the large scale remix? With artists like Hardwell and Armin Van Buuren continuously testing out fresh new tunes, ID’s and more it’s more than a possibility that you could stumble upon this massive remix at any of your favorite festivals if the right ears come a cross it.
