Celebrate Eric Prydz’s birthday with his iconic 2005 executive mix

Widely acknowledged as one of the most talented and exciting pioneers in modern dance music, We Rave You would like to wish a very Happy Birthday to Swedish maestro Eric Prydz. The ‘Opus’ producer, who has also produced under his Cirez D and Pryda aliases, regularly stuns crowds with his incredible track selections, and jaw-dropping visuals, which have seen him curate shows like EPIC, and now, Eric Prydz presents HOLO.

Turning 42 years old, it would seem that 1976 was a truly special year for electronic talent, with Dutch superstar Armin van Buuren born in the same year. And though Prydz is perhaps best known for tracks like ‘Generate’ and ‘Liberate’ in more recent-times, the Swede has been making music for more than two decades, producing an insatiable executive mix in 2005, shortly after the release of his commercial hit ‘Call On Me.’

The incredible 17-track mix features tracks from the likes of Axwell, with whom Eric originally made up a 4-pronged Swedish House Mafia line-up, and Pryda’s collaboration with Steve Angello, titled ‘Woz Not Woz.’
