KURA & MR.BLACK – Favela

Premiered on none other than Hardwell‘s Hardwell On Air back in January, KURA & MR.BLACK‘s banging collaboration ‘Favela’ is finally available on Spinnin’ Records just in time for festival season. Featuring a unique and powerful sound which is full of energy, ‘Favela’ combines the best from both artists’ style to create a true masterpiece. The tribal drums which accompany the infectious vocal and synth line on the drop make it irresistible to dance to, leaving no doubt this song will be rocking the main-stages of many festivals this summer.

Portuguese DJ and producer KURA has been on the rise since he burst onto the scene, delivering countless bangers and releasing on all the major dance labels. He boasts a prestigious catalogue of collaborations with the likes of Hardwell, Laidback Luke, Tony Junior and ANGEMI. His unique sound is easy to recognise as it fuses the sound of big room with tribal sounds to create enormous amounts of energy in his drops. ‘Favela’ is the third track by KURA so for in 2018, after two successful releases on Revealed Recordings ‘Fuego‘ and ‘Young & Invincible‘. MR.BLACK has been one of the biggest surprises of 2018 so far, after releasing successful remixes for some of the biggest artists in the scene, the Israeli DJ and producer topped off his phenomenal ascent by delivering the main-stage weapon ‘DOONKA’ in collaboration with fan favourite KSHMR released on the American producer’s very own Dharma Records. ‘Favela’ is definitely building on the success of these previous productions and is sure to cement MR.BLACK as one of the most consistent artists in the scene.
