Kygo delivers stunning Ushuaïa Ibiza show

Kygo returned to Ushuaïa Ibiza last night for the first of many shows this summer. The Norwegian-born producer, songwriter and music marvel will take over the poolside decks every Sunday until September 2nd.

Drawing in crowds from across the world, Kygo performed to a full-house for his opening show, kicking off the season to sensational start. Throttle set the afternoon in motion with his signature blissful sounds, followed by the French house DJ, Cedric Gervais. Next up, future house founding father, Don Diablo took to the decks, until finally, the fan-favourite headliner Kygo graced the open-air stage.

Known for his tropical house vibe, Kygo’s show last night was nothing short of spectacular with incredible energy from start to finish. The jewel in Ibiza’s party crown, Ushuaïa’s dedication to bringing the most-sought after names to their world-famous stage ensures they remain one step ahead of the game every time. Based on the experiences gathered over the years, Ushuaïa Ibiza is dedicated to providing the best outdoor entertainment possible.

The legendary poolside parties have been drawing in the crowds ever since the very beginning. The team behind the #1 Open Air Club raises the bar ever higher, with an impeccable lineup of superstar residents from across the electronic music spectrum playing from daytime to midnight.

Making the switch over from an established career in sports journalism to the world of dance music in 2016, Jake Gable has cemented a spot as one of the industry's most in-demand names during his tenure to date. Working on highly successful press campaigns for the likes of Tiësto, MK, and many more during his time at one of London's most premiere PR outfits, Gable has also proved his hand as a skilled journalist, interviewing acts such as Oliver Heldens, Martin Solveig, NERVO, and many more at international events like EDC Las Vegas, Tomorrowland, Creamfields, and Amsterdam Dance Event. Working tirelessly as the CEO & Founder of UK company The EVENT, Gable also doubles up as a tour manager, playlist curator, dance music influencer, and DJ, under his JK-GBL alias. Further adding strings to his bow as a freelance copywriter - where he has worked for numerous iconic artists such as Axwell, and labels, such as Third Party's Release Records - Gable is best known for producing two of the biggest editorials in We Rave You history; The first a breaking news story on Swedish House Mafia's return at Miami's Ultra Music Festival in 2018 (a world exclusive), and the second titled 'Avicii: The Truth...', an inquest into the EDM star's passing, published less than 24 hours after his death.
