Basto – Sexy

One of the most popular producers of recent times, Basto first burst into mainstream consciousness with whopping tracks like ‘Again & Again‘ and ‘Gregory’s Theme.’ Responsible for the huge rise of EDM during the 2010-2013 era, Basto’s productions featured a very similar melodic approach to the early Avicii sounds that came from the Swede’s Bob Sinclar remix (‘New New New’).

Using the hashtag #BastoIsBack, the hugely popular DJ and producer recently took to his Facebook recently to announce that he was cutting his retirement short, and was planning a huge return to the music industry. Titling his post ‘Again and Again‘ in honour of his biggest hits, Basto also shared a screen-grab of a new track called ‘Shut Your Eyes’ which will be hugely anticipated by the EDM world.

A true master of progressive sounds, Basto has now unveiled new music in the shape of ‘Sexy’, the seductive anthem backed by the vocals of Nat Conway. You can track out the slick production, which has a real Miami vibe to it, below:
