Eric Prydz delivers phenomenal HOLO performance at Creamfields

Last weekend, Creamfields festival returned delivering a huge weekend filled with iconic acts and breathtaking performances. One of the most anticipated sets from this year’s edition was the return of Eric Prydz, who headlined the festival’s Steel Yard stage on the Sunday night of the festival with his HOLO concept. As the most eagerly-awaited performance of the festival, expectations were exceedingly high on the run-up to the show, but Eric Prydz met and exceeded these expectations.

The first half of the two-hour set was absolutely stacked with IDs, some of which originate from performances prior to last year. The second half of the performance focused more on some of Prydz’s most universally adored releases, from ‘Every Day‘ to ‘Pjanoo‘, from ‘Generate‘ to ‘Opus‘. Each of the tracks was accompanied by Eric Prydz’s holograms, making his HOLO concept so unique. At HOLO performances, the visuals are 3D and objects including a space satellite, the moon and even an astronaut appear to fly out over the crowd, giving the show another dimension and leaving audiences stunned. With each HOLO performance, Eric Prydz continues to prove that he is one of the leading artists in the electronic music industry, providing shows that are unlike anything fans can find elsewhere.
