Premiere: Saladin – Far Enough

Home Uncategorized Premiere: Saladin – Far Enough

Chicago’s own Saladin is back again with his latest hard-hitting Future Bass/Trap anthem, ‘Far Enough‘. A juicy follow-up track to his single, ‘Talking To Myself‘, he has once again displayed his diverse production skills, as he steps away from House and divulges into the world of Future Bass on his own imprint; Phunk Junk Records.

Kicking off with a soft acoustic guitar and reverb-soaked female vocal, a soothing atmosphere is created before the breakdown arrives and slowly ascends. Plucks and low-passed lead synths combine with the vocals and warm bass, before the build-up & drop. As the drop arrives, bright leads, horns cymbals and pumping basslines combine to create a full-on listening experience. Despite the contrast between the breaks and drops, Saladin makes excellent use of the build-ups to make the transition as seamless as possible.

For those travelling, keep an eye out for the catalytic power within one of the Chicago-native’s performances at some of the most prestigious nightclubs. It’s all or nothing for Saladin moving forward, and for fans of artists such as Steve Aoki, Getter, Kayzo, NGHTMRE and Boombox Cartel, then it is time to check out Saladin with his buckets loads of stunning releases. It is safe to say that he is yet to reign the Dance music ladder for the foreseeable future.
