Diplo & Mark Ronson unveil Dua Lipa collaboration
Two of the biggest names in dance music, Diplo and Mark Ronson, are set to release a new track under their Silk City project – this time teaming up with the world’s most in-demand female artist, Dua Lipa.
In a recent interview with Rolling Stone, the ‘Scared to be Lonely’ singer spoke of working with Mark Ronson and Diplo for her upcoming sophomore album. She said:
“It’s something different, but it does lead into some of new music that I’m going to bring in my albums. It’s got some throwback elements to it; it’s dancey; it’s still a pop song.”
In the interview, Dua Lipa also revealed that a video has been shot for the song. She said, “I finished at seven yesterday morning. We shot all through the night. It wasn’t at the Louvre, unfortunately — it was in New Jersey.”
