Dimitri Vangelis & Wyman’s iconic remix of ‘People Of The Night’ turns 5 years old

Turning the clocks back to 2013, we celebrate one of the most iconic tracks of the year. AN21, Max Vangeli, Love Lover, and Tiësto all came together to make a club smasher ready to become an anthem. The original record “People Of The Night” featured those classic 2012-2013 vibes with the synth chord melody, crunchy drums, and powerful vocal. When Dimitri Vangelis & Wyman were called upon to conduct a remix, things took a turn for the better.

Released on Angello’s Size Records, the track contains iconic instrumentation that Vangelis & Wyman are known for. The melody sizzles over the vocal as we are taken away by the captivating voice of Lover Lover. The hover synths are very common in tracks by the duo. It has come to be known as their signature style and the large majority of their tracks feature this exact style. With remixes for “Another Love“, “Breathe”, and originals like “Legacy“, “Survivor”, and “Born at Night”, the duo have cemented their position as leaders for producing melodic progressive house.
