Showtek & MOTi (feat. Starley & Wyclef Jean) – Down Easy

Showtek, MOTi, Starley & Wyclef Jean have all lent in their artistic prowess on their summer groove titled ‘Down Easy‘. Now, about 5 weeks removed from the tunes initial debut, ‘Down Easy‘ has received a notable remix package with remixes from artists such as Zonderling and Henry Fong. However, despite being a “remix” EP there’s one version among the bunch that does not belong to a “remixer” but rather is simply the tunes exclusive club edit. With plenty of experience in this realm between the two giant dance music producers, Showtek and MOTi – the duo bring their expertise together to give us one of the most recognizable “club edits” to any tune in recent memory.

The previously instrumentally driven, moombahton styled original, finally receives the euphoric electro house club flip the tune deserves. Drawing massive memories from past hits like ‘Bad‘, and ‘Don’t Go Lose It‘, the duo bring back a hint of that famous electro house bounce they were both well known for. While there’s no telling who the tune will be played out by, one thing is for certain – you’re sure to hear the tune in clubs around the globe. The club edit’s nostalgic bounce, engaging rise and fall synth lines and transfixing vocal give a uniquely needed take on the collaboration.
