Home Uncategorized David Guetta has obtained fresh music from one half of Daft Punk

When Daft Punk’s Thomas Bangalter premiered his new single ‘Riga (Take 5)’ last week, the news rippled through the music industry. Hailed as a genius on account of his game-changing productions, Bangalter is one half of legendary duo Daft Punk, and is responsible for tracks like ‘Get Lucky and ‘Around The World.’

Now, David Guetta has got his hands on the nearly 15-minute long song, which was teased on the Ed Banger Records Instagram page. The song was made as part of the soundtrack for the 2017 French film Riga (Take 1), though both the movie and the song are incredibly difficult to find.

Guetta posted a video of himself unboxing the rare vinyl, and we hope to hear it during his live sets very soon! Enjoying another huge year with two residencies in Ibiza, Guetta recently moved up into the top 5 of the DJ Mag Top 100 poll, and has certainly had one of the biggest ever years of his career in 2018!
