Undoubtedly one of the anthems that characterised the 2015 electronic sound, ‘Let Me Feel‘ is a magnificent testament to the talents of all the artists involved, and has just turned 4 years old. Released on Nicky Romero‘s Protocol Recordings, the track has amassed over 7 million streams on Spotify and is regarded as one of the biggest progressive house anthems of its time.

Although he has strayed more from his core sound in recent years, Nicky Romero’s progressive house style that allowed him to soar to fame is increasingly present through ‘Let Me Feel’. Featuring soulful vocals from When We Are Wild, the track is characterized by its melodic intensity. The drop unleashes a burst of energy, with emotive synths giving way to a powerful bassline. With such addictive vocals, it comes as no surprise that the track was one of the most popular releases in 2015 and was dropped during many huge performances that year. Vicetone have also undergone a great deal of change since the release, opting for a more mellow sound that still holds the same melodic quality. While all artists have developed since the release of this huge hit, fragments of the track are still present in the shape of present-day electronic music.
