Just 7 months after Avicii tragically passed away earlier this year, fans are still mourning the Swedish icon. Many continue to celebrate his life by reliving some of his best creations, and tracks like ‘Levels‘, ‘Wake Me Up‘ and ‘Hey Brother‘ continue to fill dancefloors around the globe. One of Avicii’s greatest hits, ‘Divine Sorrow‘, in collaboration with Wyclef Jean, has just turned 4 years old.

Released in 2014, the track proved incredibly popular within the dance music industry and beyond. Focused around Wyclef Jean’s soulful vocals, the melodic track is a true masterpiece. Avicii will continue to be known as the creator of incredible melodies and this track is yet another example of his staggering talents. Many artists fail to create hits that remain relevant over a long period of time and this is certainly not the case for Avicii. Despite his wide variety of releases, he never failed to create anthems that have continued to have a significant impact years after their release. Each track Avicii produced made its own unique impact on the industry, and ‘Divine Sorrow’ is a great example of this.
