His anonymous identity has no doubt aided him in his climb to success, and despite speculation surrounding who is under the mask, he still keeps his real identity hidden. Having collaborated with a number of high-profile pop icons including James Arthur, Selena Gomez, Lil Peep, and Khalid, the financial success comes as no surprise. Marshmello has undoubtedly been one of the fastest producers to rise to success, having only dropped his first track on Spotify in 2016. To go from being unknown to the status he has reached today is a truly staggering achievement that not many would be able to replicate. Despite being somewhat controversial compared with other producers, it is undeniable that he continues to dominate the electronic music scene and will continue to do so for years to come.
