Martin Garrix shares planning of his ADE shows in latest vlog
Amsterdam Dance Event is one of the most influential events in electronic dance music every year and by far the most important one in Europe. During this week in the middle of October, DJs, producers, persons from the industry and fans all gather in The Netherlands’ beautiful capital to discuss and celebrate our beloved dance music. From small, intimate shows in a club to massive shows in venues such as the Ziggo Dome and Amsterdam ArenA, the spectrum was better than ever, leaving no music taste behind. Current reigning #1 DJ in the world, Martin Garrix, also had a massive share of the epic nature of ADE. How he and his team made it possible was now explained in a new episode of The Martin Garrix Show.
Martin Garrix kicked off his ADE week on the Wednesday with his first ever STMPD RCRDS label night, where he celebrated with friends and fellow label members like Justin Mylo, DYRO, and Julian Jordan. However, the biggest events were definitely his two signature shows on Friday and Saturday at RAI Amsterdam. It was the third consecutive headline show at ADE for Garrix, which is incredible, given the fact he is only 22 years old. In his newest episode of The Martin Garrix Show, we can see Martijn and his show director, Gabe Fraboni, sit together and planning the massive shows. Of course, you can not plan such an event in one week, but in fact, the team needed 8 months to plan the show, the visuals, which meant to tell a story and the whole logistics. That said, it is safe to say that the team has already started thinking about Martin Garrix’s next show at RAI during ADE 2019.
Other than that, we also get to see the making of Garrix’s ‘BYLAW’ EP in this new episode, so make sure to check the video out below!
