BREAKING: Swedish House Mafia confirmed for Creamfields 2019

Ever since their monumental comeback show at Ultra Music Festival in Miami this year, Swedish House Mafia have had the world at their feet yet again. After multiple rumors about where the legendary trio would appear first and when it would happen, we finally got answers over the last couple of weeks. AxwellSebastian Ingrosso, and Steve Angello announced during a press conference that they would play their first reunion show in their homeland capital Stockholm on the 4th of May. Due to high demand, the reunion show was tripled into three shows in Stockholm from Thursday to Saturday. But the hype did not stop there, quickly after that Swedish House Mafia announced a show in Mexico, which did not come as a surprise given the fact that Angello said “see you Mexican guys soon with Swedish House Mafia“a few weeks before that.

Now, however, it is back to the European continent: after multiple SHM posters appeared in London and across the UK over the last few weeks, it now appears to be confirmed that Swedish House Mafia will headline Creamfields festival in 2019. Even though there is no ‘official’ announcement yet, the Creamfields website front page displays a huge graphic illustrating the unmistakable three dots. The website almost looks like a Swedish House Mafia website, with the 3 signature dots in the header of the site as well as a huge embedded video in the middle.

After Axwell ^ Ingrosso ended their Creamfields 2018 set with the exact same 3 SHM dots and given the fact that Axwell said in a recent interview that the trio will play a show in the UK next year, the announcement of the return of Swedish House Mafia to Creamfields is perfectly timed.

So, there is one thing left to do: Get your tickets for Creamfields 2019 and come, rave and love with the Swedish House Mafia!

The power and energy of electronic music and its community amazes me every time. Music expresses things that can't be put into words. And if it can be put into words - then I am here to write about it! Proud to be a 'People of Tomorrow' and glad to call Hardwell my all-time favorite!
