The Chainsmokers debut fiery music video for ‘This Feeling’

Building on their previous music video releases over the year, Alex Pall and Drew Taggart, better known as The Chainsmokers, have continued their output of stellar video accompaniment. This time the duo released the music video for their September hit, ‘This Feeling,‘ featuring 23-year-old country-pop sensation Kelsea Ballerini. The video has racked up a million views in its first day out and rightly so. We’re introduced to all three collaborators separately on a motocross track where they gear up for an action-packed race.

Throughout the tunes progression, we get glimpses into their preparations for the race and as it appears we get an inside look into some personal struggles – namely from Drew from the looks of it. Of course, this all leads up to the even more suspenseful ending, where we see multiple bikes laid out in what appears to be a crash with sirens blaring in the background. While we don’t see the entirety of the aftermath, we certainly do see a massive shroud of smoke clearing from the bikes – uh oh.

Filled with emotion and energy, the music video is a full-proof representation of the tracks internal message – reassuring everyone to pursue personal aspirations, not simply what others want. A powerful message certainly, it’s no surprise both The Chainsmokers and Kelsea have gone on to amass well over 100 million streams across all platforms on the tune.
